Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/ODOO system.
· Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
· Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate inventory discrepancies.
· Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, sales, and logistics teams regarding stock movements and availability.
· Track inventory levels and generate stock reports for management.
· Monitor damaged, expired, and slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions.
· Verify inbound and outbound stock transactions and ensure proper documentation.
· Maintain inventory control procedures and compliance with company policies.
· Support warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and stock handling.
· Prepare inventory-related reports and KPI analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
· Experience in food distribution, FMCG distribution, or wholesale trading companies.
· Knowledge of UAE warehouse and inventory compliance standards.
· Experience handling large SKU volumes and multi-category inventories.
· Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
· 4–5 years of experience as an Inventory Controller, Inventory Executive, or Stock Controller in FMCG, food distribution, retail distribution, or a similar industry.
· UAE experience is mandatory.
· Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo or similar inventory management systems.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
