Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process bulk invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain billing records and ensure timely submission of invoices.
- Perform administrative and office coordination duties.
- Prepare reports, reconcile billing data, and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers regarding billing queries.
- Manage filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bulk invoicing and billing operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in administrative support and office management.
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
