Oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to meet operational goals.
Freight forwarding and shipping experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and performance targets.
- Implement and oversee warehouse organization and storage-system best practices.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply-chain processes.
Requirements
- Any diploma or degree.
- At least two years of warehouse operations experience, including freight forwarding and shipping.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Malayalam speaker, as indicated in the job title.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
