The company is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to identify and develop new business, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and build a pipeline of new clients.
- Build lasting client relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions; serve as the primary contact for client communications.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets, and research market opportunities and trends.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services using persuasive, consultative techniques.
- Prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate sales agreement terms, and close deals.
- Follow up after sales to check client satisfaction and address issues.
- Maintain sales activity and client interaction records in CRM systems; provide forecasts and performance reports to management.
Experience and skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are sought.
- Two years of experience in a shipping or logistics company is preferred.
- Two years of sales experience is preferred.
Compensation
- The stated pay range is AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
