Position Overview
The employer is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor for its Jafza, Dubai warehouse.
The role oversees daily warehouse operations, inventory management, record accuracy, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and performance targets.
- Implement warehouse organization and storage-system best practices.
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to improve supply-chain processes.
Requirements
- Any diploma or degree is required.
- At least two years of warehouse operations experience is required.
- Experience in freight forwarding and shipping is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are required.
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory software is required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities are required.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person at the Jafza, Dubai warehouse.
Employment Type
- The position is full-time and permanent.
