Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business in freight forwarding and shipping.
- Promote company services and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain existing customer relationships through follow-ups and service.
- Prepare competitive quotations and follow up to close deals.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service for timely, accurate delivery.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Maintain sales, pipeline, and client communication records.
- Attend meetings, networking events, and client visits as required.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.
- Strong understanding of air, sea, and land freight operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Must currently be based in Qatar and hold a valid Qatar driving license.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary range is QAR 3,000–8,000 per month.
