Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify potential customers and develop a strong pipeline of new clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services using persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
Negotiation and Closing
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a shipping or logistics company is required.
- At least two years of sales experience is required.
- The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for driving growth.
Compensation
- Full-time position paying AED 3,500 to AED 5,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
