Warehouse Manager
About This Role
Location: International City, Dubai.
Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,500
Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain a safe and organised working environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure productivity and efficiency
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
- Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures
- Monitor and improve warehouse processes for better efficiency
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software)
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience in UAE warehouse operations is an advantage
