About This Role

his job is mainly for admin work, follow-up, and execution. It is not only a paperwork job. We need someone practical, responsible, and able to make sure things are done properly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow and help implement company rules, daily requirements, and work processes.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and make sure work is completed on time.
  • Handle daily admin work such as notices, document filing, office order, and coordination.
  • Support joining, exit, recruitment coordination, attendance, leave, office discipline, duty arrangement, and office supply management.
  • Handle different admin tasks and temporary work based on business needs.
  • Prepare and organize documents such as notices, trackers, meeting minutes, policy documents, and records.
  • Record and report problems when rules, instructions, or tasks are delayed, missed, or not done properly.
  • Help communication between departments and make sure information is passed correctly.
  • Support the manager in other admin, follow-up, and coordination work.
  • Support basic HR and admin work when needed, such as staff document filing, onboarding and offboarding documents, and attendance records.

Job Requirements

  • Strong execution and follow-up ability.
  • Responsible and able to complete tasks properly.
  • Willing to handle routine work, small tasks, and temporary work.
  • Has a sense of rules and can do things according to company requirements.
  • Organized and able to manage different tasks at the same time.
  • Able to prepare notices, records, trackers, and simple office documents.
  • Good in Word, Excel, WPS, and other basic office software.
  • Experience in admin, office support, coordination, or similar work is preferred.
  • Experience in SME, logistics, warehouse, or site environment is preferred.
  • Basic HR and admin experience is preferred but not required.

  • Can work in a company that is still building its systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
