Warehouse leadership role overseeing operations across multiple food manufacturing sites in the UAE.
The operation handles flour and raw materials, including receipt, storage, packing, and dispatch.
The company is expanding with a new grain storage and processing facility.
Location
- The role covers locations in Sharjah and Ajman, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily receiving, storage, and dispatch across multiple sites and coordinate with production.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the warehouse team; set KPIs and foster productivity and quality.
- Improve SOPs, warehouse layout, and space utilization; use WMS (SAP) for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Maintain health, safety, and food safety compliance, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000.
- Manage the warehouse budget and spending, identifying cost savings without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics providers for timely, cost-effective dispatch.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of progressive warehouse management experience.
- Flour milling, food manufacturing, or FMCG experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1), WMS, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP food safety standards; a food manufacturing certificate is an advantage.
