Planning Engineer
Role Overview
Plan, schedule, monitor, and coordinate kitchen installation projects from project award through final handover.
Ensure realistic timelines, efficient resource allocation, aligned procurement and manufacturing activities, and milestone completion within contractual deadlines.
Work closely with sales, design, technical, procurement, production, logistics, site engineering, and client teams.

Position Summary
Plan, schedule, monitor, and coordinate kitchen installation projects from project award through final handover.
Ensure realistic timelines, efficient resource allocation, aligned procurement and manufacturing activities, and milestone completion within contractual deadlines.
Work closely with sales, design, technical, procurement, production, logistics, site engineering, and client teams.
Project Planning
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules for all awarded projects.
- Define project milestones and critical paths.
- Develop manpower and resource loading plans.
- Prepare procurement, production, delivery, and installation schedules.
- Coordinate planning activities with all internal departments.
Project Monitoring
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Track actual progress against planned progress.
- Identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Update schedules weekly.
- Prepare recovery plans whenever required.
- Monitor critical path activities.
Coordination
- Coordinate project activities with sales, design, technical, procurement, production, logistics, installation, subcontractor, consultant, and main contractor teams.
Requirements
