Responsibilities
- Source and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments and provide clients with a high-quality shortlist.
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial client contact and candidate sourcing through offer and placement.
- Negotiate offers and manage the process through successful placement.
- Maintain accurate records and activity on the company's CRM and recruitment systems.
- Take responsibility for agreed activity, revenue, and placement targets.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the contact person for candidate questions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite.
- High energy and passion.
