Role overview
Supports global tax operations through Pillar 2 compliance, transfer pricing, tax technology administration, automation, and tax data governance.
Acts as a link between Tax, Finance, IT, local finance teams, external advisors, and software providers.
Key responsibilities
- Support GloBE Information Returns, DMTT calculations, filings, notifications, and Safe Harbour assessments; collect, validate, report, and document global tax data.
- Monitor Pillar 2 developments and coordinate with external advisors.
- Manage transfer pricing documentation, calculations, policy implementation, benchmarking, compliance monitoring, repositories, trackers, calendars, and agreement governance.
- Administer and optimize Orbitax, OTP, Reptune, and other tax technology; support implementations, UAT, integrations, and releases.
- Drive automation, AI adoption, dashboards, workflow digitization, and process standardization.
- Coordinate Tax, Finance, IT, and provider projects; track deliverables, support training, and promote continuous improvement.
Profile
- CA, ACCA, or equivalent master's degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–10 years in International Tax, Pillar 2, Transfer Pricing, Tax Technology, or Tax Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of OECD Pillar 2 rules, DMTT, transfer pricing principles, and multinational tax operations.
- Experience with tax platforms, ERP environments such as SAP, automation tools, and data analytics.
- Strong project and stakeholder management and communication skills; English proficiency required.
- Big Four or multinational experience preferred.
