Role Description
The Warehouse Keeper role at TCS LLC is a part-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with some tasks suitable for work from home.
The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, including tools, spare parts, and equipment used for power and O&G plant services.
Daily activities include receiving and inspecting incoming materials, verifying documentation, storing items in designated locations, and preparing orders for dispatch.
The role involves updating inventory records, coordinating with procurement and maintenance teams, and ensuring accurate stock levels and timely availability of required materials.
The Warehouse Keeper also helps maintain safety standards, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures within the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Strong inventory management and stock control skills, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials accurately.
- Competence in using warehouse management systems or basic ERP software, along with good MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, spare parts, and materials related to power plants or oil & gas facilities is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain organized storage areas, follow safety protocols, and handle materials and tools responsibly.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with maintenance, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work setting.
- Previous experience in warehouse or stores operations; experience in engineering or industrial environments is preferred.
- Relevant vocational training or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial.
