Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on-site work and the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks.
The Ecommerce Business specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital catalog updates.
Responsibilities include monitoring online performance metrics, analyzing sales data, and recommending improvements to drive revenue and customer engagement.
The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, timely responses to customer inquiries, and alignment of online offerings with overall business goals.
The specialist will also support customer service for ecommerce orders, assist with online marketing campaigns, and help maintain a consistent, professional brand presence across digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online product listings, promotions, and revenue growth.
- Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with online customers.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with operations and marketing for accurate digital content.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, online payment systems, and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and business reporting tools; experience with data analysis is an advantage.
- Prior experience in ecommerce, retail, or industrial services is beneficial, especially in the power or oil & gas sectors.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
