Role Description
The Business Analyst role at TCS LLC is a part-time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
The Business Analyst will analyze business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and support the development of solutions that optimize operational efficiency for power and oil & gas plant services.
Daily responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
The role involves conducting data analysis, supporting decision-making with clear insights, and helping to implement process changes and performance metrics.
The Business Analyst will also contribute to stakeholder communication and assist in maintaining accurate records of projects, processes, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in business analysis and understanding of business processes relevant to industrial services.
- Ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements clearly and systematically.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with power or oil & gas industry operations is an advantage.
- Competence in using productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, reporting software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time schedules, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
