Key Responsibility Areas (Kras)

• **Order Management**
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies.
• **Inventory Control**
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure stock levels meet operational requirements.
• **Vendor Coordination**
• Collaborate with the purchasing team.
• Update and negotiate vendor contracts when necessary.
• **Returns Management**
• Manage the return process for damaged or defective goods.
• Coordinate efficiently with vendors for replacements or credits.
• **Compliance & Safety**
• Enforce warehouse safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• **Reporting & Documentation**
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and stock status.
• Maintain proper documentation of warehouse activities.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

• **On-Time Delivery Rate:**
• Achieve and maintain at least **95%** on-time delivery for all shipments.
• **Issue Resolution Time:**
• Ensure **100% resolution of supplier-related issues within 48 hours**.
• **Inventory Accuracy:**
• Maintain **>98% inventory record accuracy** in the warehouse management system.
• **Return Processing Time:**
• Complete return procedures for defective/damaged goods within **3 working days**.
• **Vendor Compliance:**
• Maintain **>90% compliance** rate from vendors based on contract terms (e.g., delivery timelines, product quality).
• **Safety & Compliance:**
• Achieve **zero safety violations** and **100% adherence** to safety and compliance protocols.

Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree

Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Track shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely arrival and quality of goods.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies and issues with suppliers.
• Maintain clear and updated records of inventory levels and transactions.
• Work with the purchasing team to renegotiate vendor contracts as necessary.
• Coordinate the return process for damaged or defective goods to vendors.
• Implement warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports on warehouse performance metrics.
