Warehouse and Inventory Duties
- Coordinate daily stock requirements and replenishment for retail stores.
- Consolidate store requests and arrange timely warehouse preparation and dispatch.
- Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch of approved retail stock.
- Record stock movements in SAP Business One with required supporting documents.
- Monitor warehouse-to-store and inter-store transfers through confirmed receipt.
- Maintain records of stock issued, received, transferred, returned, damaged, and pending.
- Coordinate stock issues with Store In-Charges, including shortages, excess, damage, discrepancies, and urgent needs.
- Support physical counts, cycle counts, and periodic inventory verification.
- Compare physical counts with system records and report discrepancies to the Inventory In-Charge.
- Follow up on unclosed transfers and coordinate returns of damaged, excess, discontinued, or non-moving stock.
Coordination and Controls
- Segregate and identify retail stock in the warehouse.
- Monitor focus products, fast-moving items, and promotional stock for potential shortages.
- Coordinate stock distribution for promotions, store openings, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain documentation and organized records for each stock movement.
- Prepare daily and weekly inventory and dispatch trackers.
- Coordinate with Retail Operations, Inventory, Pricing, Purchase, E-commerce, and Accounts.
- Escalate discrepancies, delayed dispatches, missing documentation, and operational issues.
- Follow company inventory procedures, warehouse controls, and approved stock movement processes.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
