Key responsibilities
- Track workflow activities from lead registration and trial through quotation, contract, installation, service, invoicing, collection, renewal, and machine recovery.
- Maintain a consolidated tracker showing pending actions, responsible persons, and deadlines; follow up on commitments and documented handovers.
- Coordinate service schedules one month in advance and monitor completion, changes, and pending visits.
- Check required contracts, customer documents, purchase orders, and approvals at relevant stages.
- Ensure completed-service reports, customer acknowledgements, and supporting documents reach Accounts for timely invoicing.
- Track pending invoices, receivables, and collection commitments with Sales and Accounts.
- Coordinate machine and consumable deployment, replacement, and recovery with Service and Warehouse.
- Track customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Escalate missed deadlines, incomplete documentation, and unresolved issues to the Business Head.
- Report on service completion, billing, collections, renewals, and outstanding departmental actions.
Pay
- AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
