Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and operations.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and materials.
- Prepare deliveries and dispatch items accurately.
- Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper warehouse arrangement.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments.
- Monitor movement of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and inventory reporting.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of warehouse management or coordinator experience in the UAE.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle physical work when required.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel, inventory systems, and email.
- Experience in an industrial tools, machinery, or automotive equipment warehouse is preferred.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree and Hindi/Urdu are listed as preferred.
