Coordinate administrative, logistics, sales, or accounts requirements as assigned, with duties centered on sales operations for garage tools, workshop equipment, and diagnostic products.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow-up communications for the sales team.
- Assist customers with product inquiries about garage tools, workshop equipment, and diagnostic tools.
- Coordinate demonstrations, deliveries, installations, and service requests with the technical team.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and CRM data accurately.
- Monitor stock and coordinate with the warehouse for timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and showroom inquiries professionally.
- Keep the showroom organized, products displayed neatly, and promotional materials updated.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments; provide sales department administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–3 years as a coordinator in a trading company; experience with automotive tools, workshop equipment, industrial products, or spare parts is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of garage tools, workshop equipment, or automotive products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail; proactive and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Workplace
- Full-time, permanent role; work location is in person.
