Overview

• We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Waitress to join our fine-dining restaurant team.
• The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong guest-handling experience, and the ability to provide exceptional service that aligns with fine-dining standards
• Greet guests warmly and ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and make knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages professionally following fine-dining standards and service sequences.
• Manage guest requests promptly and efficiently while maintaining a courteous attitude.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Upsell menu items, chef specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies at all times

Qulifications &Skills

• Good knowledge of food, beverages, wine service, and fine-dining etiquette (training can be provided).
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-player mentality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
