Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Paratha Maker who can prepare a variety of fresh parathas to high professional standards.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of dough preparation, stuffing, rolling techniques, and maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
& Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of parathas, including plain, stuffed, and specialty parathas.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, texture, and presentation.
- Prepare dough, fillings, and ingredients according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and food items.
- Monitor food quality and freshness throughout kitchen operations.
- Assist in maintaining smooth kitchen workflow during busy hours.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paratha Maker in restaurants, cafeterias, or catering kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation and traditional paratha-making techniques.
- Ability to prepare different varieties of parathas efficiently.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per hour
