About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Hot & Continental Cuisine.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing high-quality continental dishes, maintaining consistency, and ensuring excellent presentation and hygiene standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
& Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide range of hot continental dishes to high professional standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes.
- Maintain excellent food quality, freshness, and kitchen hygiene at all times.
- Handle daily mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Assist in menu planning and development of continental food offerings.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate kitchen requirements to supervisors.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food according to food safety standards.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to maintain efficient operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) in Hot & Continental Cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques, sauces, grills, pasta, and hot kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, taste, and presentation.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per hour
Experience
- Arabic food: 4 years (Required)
- Continental food: 5 years (Required)
- Cold& Hot: 4 years (Preferred)
