Overview
- We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Waitre to join our fine-dining restaurant team.
- The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong guest-handling experience, and the ability to provide exceptional service that aligns with fine-dining standards
- Greet guests warmly and ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and beverages professionally following fine-dining standards and service sequences.
- Manage guest requests promptly and efficiently while maintaining a courteous attitude.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Upsell menu items, chef specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies at all times
Qulifications &Skills
- Good knowledge of food, beverages, wine service, and fine-dining etiquette (training can be provided).
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-player mentality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- BSC or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
