Role Overview
Provide efficient, courteous food and beverage service while maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Guest Service
- Welcome guests, present menus, explain menu items, and offer recommendations when required.
- Take orders accurately, communicate them to relevant departments, and serve food and beverages to service standards.
- Monitor guest needs, respond attentively, and promote additional menu items and current offers.
- Handle requests, comments, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to a supervisor or manager when necessary.
Restaurant Operations
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation; clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
- Follow food and beverage procedures, hygiene and sanitation standards, and company policies.
- Handle restaurant equipment, crockery, glassware, and other operating items carefully.
- Assist with outlet opening and closing, preparation, and cleaning; participate in briefings, training, and departmental activities.
- Work with colleagues and other departments to support smooth restaurant operations.
Role Expectations
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.
- Provide friendly, professional, and guest-focused service.
