A friendly, professional, customer-focused waitress is sought for the hotel's Food and Beverage team.
The candidate should communicate with guests in Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests professionally; take orders accurately and explain menu items to assist guest selections.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and maintain clean, organized, properly set dining areas.
- Check guest satisfaction, respond promptly to requests, handle concerns, and report issues to a supervisor.
- Coordinate with kitchen and Food and Beverage colleagues; follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel standards.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables and promote offers or additional items when appropriate.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Food and Beverage Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker is required; good command of English is requested.
- Previous waitress experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred; one year of waitress experience is listed as preferred.
- Pleasant personality, excellent guest-service skills, good communication, and teamwork are requested.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,200 to AED 1,700 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
