Duties include airport transfers, guest errands, deliveries, and other hotel transportation; the driver maintains the vehicle and follows traffic and hotel safety rules.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests professionally and assist with luggage as needed.
- Transport guests to and from airports, local attractions, and business appointments.
- Drive staff and deliver packages or documents as requested.
- Keep the hotel vehicle clean, presentable, and fueled; perform routine safety and operating inspections.
- Log trips, mileage, and fuel use.
- Follow traffic rules, safety protocols, and hotel procedures.
- Assist Concierge or Front Office with guest services when not driving.
- Report accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management promptly.
- Support other departments with transportation-related tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid local driver's license and clean driving record.
- Proven driving experience; hospitality experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with local roads, landmarks, and traffic laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service orientation and professional appearance.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Pay
- AED 1,500–2,500 per month.
Work arrangement
- Full-time; work location is in person.
