Transport hotel guests, staff, and items safely, courteously, and on time, including airport transfers, guest errands, deliveries, and other hotel transportation needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests professionally and assist with luggage when needed.
- Transport guests to and from airports, local attractions, or business appointments.
- Drive staff and deliver packages or documents as requested by management.
- Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and fueled; perform routine safety and operating inspections.
- Log trips, mileage, and fuel usage; follow traffic rules, safety protocols, and hotel procedures.
- Assist Concierge or Front Office with guest services when not driving.
- Report accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage immediately and support other departments’ transportation needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid local driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proven driver experience; hospitality experience preferred.
- Familiarity with local roads, landmarks, and traffic laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service orientation and professional appearance.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 1,500–2,500 per month.
