Provide courteous service to arriving and in-house guests and support customer satisfaction.

Guest service and front office
- Respond to guest enquiries about the hotel and local surroundings, and arrange requested special services.
- Review PMS updates for in-house guests, arrivals, and departures; take a proper handover from the previous shift.
- Coordinate fulfilment of guest services with Bell staff, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Food and Beverage teams.
- Allocate rooms, issue keys, verify arrivals, and update registration details, payment method, and guest preferences.
- Handle guest room and restaurant reservations; stay aware of room status and availability.
- Promote hotel promotions and upsell rooms and Food and Beverage options to increase revenue.
- Complete shift closing with appropriate approval signatures and follow cash-bank policies.
Experience and communication
- One year of Front Office experience is preferred.
- One year of Hospitality experience is preferred.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and superiors.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,800 per month.
