Marriott Hotel Me’aisem in Dubai Production City is seeking a professional, service-oriented, enthusiastic server for its Food & Beverage team.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, professional guest service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain guest-service and hospitality standards.
- Set up, clear, and maintain tables to hotel standards.
- Know menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Support smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist with upselling food and beverage items where appropriate.
Requirements
- Previous waiter or server experience in a four- or five-star hotel, luxury resort, or quality restaurant is preferred.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance and guest-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,200–1,500 per month.
