Room Attendant in the Housekeeping department, reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Maintains guest-room cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation to hotel standards to support guest comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas to hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace linens and towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Clean and prepare rooms for guest arrivals and respond professionally to guest requests.
- Keep housekeeping trolleys, floor pantries, and equipment clean and organized.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found belongings to the supervisor.
- Follow health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures; safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Minimize waste of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Respect guest privacy and confidentiality.
- Attend briefings, meetings, and training; perform other assigned duties.
Job requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in a four- or five-star hotel is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Good English communication skills.
- Attention to detail, time management, teamwork, a positive attitude, and a guest-focused approach.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
Pay
- Pay is AED 10 to AED 100 per month.
