Role Overview

Housekeeping Operations

• Supervise daily cleaning activities across assigned properties and ensure apartments are ready within required timelines.
• Coordinate schedules for check-ins, check-outs, same-day turnovers, and deep cleaning.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with company housekeeping and holiday home standards.

Team Supervision

• Supervise housekeeping attendants, cleaners, and outsourced housekeeping teams.
• Allocate tasks, monitor productivity and attendance, provide feedback, and train staff on cleaning, guest service, and safe work practices.
• Coordinate with manpower suppliers and outsourced cleaning companies when applicable.

Quality and Guest Satisfaction

• Inspect apartments before guest arrivals and verify that cleaning checklists are complete.
• Report maintenance issues, damage, missing items, and defects and coordinate resolution with maintenance and operations teams.
• Respond to housekeeping-related guest complaints and maintain standards for linen, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.

Inventory and Coordination

• Monitor cleaning chemicals, toiletries, linen, towels, equipment, and guest amenities and report replenishment needs.
• Maintain inventory records, minimize wastage and damage, and coordinate linen collection, laundry, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare daily reports covering completed cleaning, pending tasks, inspection results, stock usage, damages, and maintenance observations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of housekeeping supervision experience, preferably in holiday homes, hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality.
• Experience managing housekeeping staff and coordinating multiple properties.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, linen management, and quality inspection standards.
• Good communication and team management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Familiarity with Dubai hospitality or holiday home operations.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Health and Safety

• Ensure housekeeping operations comply with applicable Dubai holiday home regulations and company procedures.
• Follow safe handling and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report health, safety, maintenance, and property-related concerns to management.

Key Performance Indicators

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Dubai.
• The role covers multiple holiday home properties and requires coordination across operational sites.
