Hotel project
The Group Vintage has signed a franchise agreement with Marriott International to convert the Vintage Grand Hotel into a dual-branded Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments in Dubai Production City.
The planned hotel includes 365 rooms, dining outlets, an M Club lounge, a pool, a fitness center, and a tennis court.
The planned Marriott Executive Apartments offer 420 apartments for business and leisure travelers.
Role overview
The Bellboy provides friendly guest service, assists with luggage, welcomes arriving guests, and supports hotel staff.
Duties and responsibilities
- Check daily arrivals for VVIP guests and guests with special needs.
- Escort guests to assigned rooms and place their luggage.
- Inspect rooms for order and supplies and inform guests about amenities.
- Deliver faxes, messages, packages, and flowers to guest rooms and offices.
- Ensure guests have verified all luggage; safely store and ticket coats and personal items.
- Assist with long-term and left-luggage storage requests.
- Respond helpfully and knowledgeably to guest requests and enquiries.
- Support the senior Concierge during busy periods and breaks.
- Answer calls, take or transfer messages, and handle enquiries.
- Perform other work assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bellboy, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of the local area, including roads, landmarks, and tourist spots.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
Pay
- AED 1,400–1,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
