The Role

We are seeking polished and attentive

Waiters And Waitresses

to join our Food & Beverage team.

In this role, you will be the face of our dining venues, representing our brand throughout the entire guest journey.

Your mission is to deliver a flawless dining experience, ensuring that every guest becomes a loyal advocate for our restaurants by delighting them from the moment they arrive until their farewell.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Service Excellence:**
  • Execute all F&B service tasks—including greeting, order taking, serving, and billing—in strict alignment with luxury service standards and procedures.
  • **Personalized Attention:**
  • Go above and beyond to anticipate guest needs, offering tailored menu recommendations and creating memorable dining moments.
  • **Problem Solving:**
  • Proactively identify potential issues and handle any complaints with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • **Team Collaboration:**
  • Maintain open and proactive communication with colleagues across the kitchen and service teams, always prioritizing the guest’s best interests.
  • **Product Knowledge:**
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of food menus, beverage pairings, and allergen information to provide accurate and confident guidance to guests.

Qualifications & Experience

  • **Experience:**

Minimum

  • 1 year
  • of direct experience in a similar waiting or service role within a
  • 5-star hotel
  • or fine dining restaurant.
  • **Education:**
  • High school diploma is required; a College degree or certification in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • **Language Skills:**
  • Strong command of both written and spoken

English

  • is required.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, Russian, Mandarin) is a significant asset.
  • **Personal Attributes:**
  • A genuine service-oriented personality with high Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
  • You must possess a warm demeanor, excellent grooming, and a passion for hospitality.
