Job Summary
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for supervising children, organizing fun and educational activities, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
You will be part of a vibrant guest experience team, contributing to the hotel’s reputation for exceptional family‑friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children in the Kids Club and ensure their safety at all times
- Plan and conduct engaging activities such as arts & crafts, games, storytelling, and themed sessions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child‑friendly play area
- Build positive relationships with children and parents
- Follow hotel safety procedures and child‑protection guidelines
- Support the team in delivering warm, professional, and memorable service
Profile Expectations
- Previous experience in childcare, kids club, nursery, or similar roles preferred
- Energetic, friendly, and patient personality
- Ability to engage children of different age groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
- Creative mindset with a passion for children’s activities
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment
Compensation & Benefits

AED 1,500
