Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP and ELV project delivery from initiation through completion.
• Oversee planning, procurement, engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, variations, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules and implement recovery plans where required.
• Ensure quality assurance, quality control, and HSE compliance across all project phases.
• Review technical submissions, shop drawings, and engineering deliverables.
• Support successful testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities.
• Drive project efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• **Years of Experience:**
• Minimum 10–25+ years depending on the position.
• **Education:**
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Mandatory experience in
• MEP and/or ELV projects
• .
• Proven experience delivering large-scale building projects and developments.
• Strong knowledge of international construction contracts and commercial practices.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• GCC or Middle East project experience is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, CCM, PMI-SP, NEBOSH, LEED, or equivalent will be an advantage.
