Role overview
The waiter or waitress delivers attentive customer service and a welcoming dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests; present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and maintain clean, properly set tables throughout service.
- Answer guest enquiries and make menu recommendations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards; handle concerns politely and escalate when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous fine-dining or high-end restaurant waiter/waitress experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent presentation, and a guest-service attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and good food and beverage service knowledge.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
