Yasmine Palace Restaurant in Doha is recruiting a Captain Waiter/Captain Waitress for its food and beverage service team.
The job is full time and performed in person.
Pay starts at QAR 2,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and dining experience.
- Oversee food and beverage orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
- Support team training and maintain service standards.
- Follow hygiene, safety, grooming, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant Qatar experience as a Captain Waiter/Waitress or in a similar food and beverage service role.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service and sequence of service.
- Strong guest-handling, customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and support the team during busy operations and work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- Must currently be available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa/NOC.
- Two years of hotel or luxury restaurant experience and immediate availability are preferred.
