Responsible for welcoming guests, managing bookings efficiently, and supporting revenue through professional, friendly service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage restaurant bookings and guest confirmations.
- Welcome guests according to company standards and coordinate table allocation with management to optimize revenue.
- Handle one service station, including opening and closing duties.
- Place orders using the Micros system.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and Fire Life Safety policies; report incidents and cooperate in emergencies.
- Attend training, follow grooming and conduct standards, and support team tasks assigned by managers.
- Adhere to company rules and time policies and participate in development programs.
