Role overview
Waiter/waitress role providing restaurant guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests; present menus and provide information about food and beverages.
- Take orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen, and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Check customer satisfaction, address concerns, process bills, and handle payments.
- Maintain dining-area cleanliness and hygiene; set up and clear tables.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and follow company policies, safety regulations, and food handling procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and basic English communication skills.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, carry serving trays, and work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,800 to AED 2,200 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
