Key Responsibilities
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients as instructed.
- Assist chefs with cooking tasks and follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Clean dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools.
- Receive, label, and store ingredients properly using FIFO.
- Dispose of waste safely and maintain a clean environment.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Support chefs during busy hours and help with closing duties.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
- Good hygiene practices and understanding of food safety.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,800 to AED 2,400 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in Al Ain, UAE.
