Sales Staff assist customers, promote products, maintain store cleanliness, and support smooth daily sales operations.
The role contributes to customer service and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting products.
- Promote new items, offers, and upsell products to increase sales.
- Maintain knowledge of products, prices, and features.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Process cash, card, and online payments accurately.
- Assist with stock checks, report shortages, and arrange displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Work closely with colleagues to support smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Good communication in English and Arabic is required.
- A neat, presentable, and professional appearance is expected.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are required.
- Ability to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays if required.
