Duties and responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests, maintaining an attentive dining experience.
- Present menu and beverage knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, and recommendations.
- Record orders accurately and communicate dietary requirements directly to the kitchen.
- Serve meals with fine dining etiquette and precise timing.
- Maintain clean, orderly dining areas and process payments smoothly.
- Mentor junior staff, assist management with shift operations, and manage floor flow.
- Resolve guest feedback and complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in upscale dining.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of fine dining standards, strong interpersonal skills, and physical stamina to stand and carry loads in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
- Salary is QAR 3,000 to QAR 3,200 per month, full package; live-out. Overtime is paid.
Hours and days off
- Duty hours are 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., eight hours with a 15-minute break.
- One day off per week.
Work location
- Work is in person at Al Hazm Mall, Doha.
