Marketing and Social Media Manager for a high-end restaurant group, focused on building the brand, attracting new guests, retaining regular guests, and growing sales through campaigns and social media.
The role lists work locations at Via Riyadh and Laysen Valley.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage the restaurant marketing plan and annual calendar, including promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social accounts and plan high-quality content.
- Work with influencers, food media, and brand partners to build awareness and attract Riyadh guests; coordinate dish, menu, and offer promotions with kitchen and operations teams.
- Manage budgets, agencies, photographers, and suppliers; ensure work is timely and on brand.
- Track campaign results, online reviews, and guest feedback; report sales impact and improvement ideas.
- Maintain the high-end brand image in materials and perform related duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of marketing experience; food and beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle brand experience is preferred.
- Very good spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Good social media, content creation, and digital marketing knowledge, with creativity and attention to detail.
Compensation
- Starting salary options are SAR 6,000 plus room, transportation, and one duty meal, or SAR 8,000 as a full package for live-out accommodation.
- The posting separately lists pay of SAR 6,000–8,000 per month.
