Responsibilities
- Manage payables, receivables, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations across restaurant branches.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports covering revenue, COGS, and operating expenses.
- Analyze food and beverage cost variances, review supplier invoices, and coordinate with procurement and operations on cost efficiency.
- Oversee payroll in compliance with Saudi labor law and GOSI regulations.
- Manage Zakat, VAT, and other ZATCA compliance, including timely returns and documentation.
- Reconcile daily POS sales reports against cash, card, and digital payment collections across outlets.
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasts, track results against targets, and report variances to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on accounting experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or hospitality; restaurant or hotel experience is required.
- Understand recipe costing, inventory management, and multi-branch reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP accounting software; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and reporting standards, including IFRS as adopted in KSA.
- ACCA membership is an advantage, not a requirement.
Compensation
- SAR 4,000 plus shared room, transportation, and one duty meal, or SAR 5,500 full package for live-out arrangements.
- Pay is listed as SAR 4,000–5,500 per month.
