Pay and benefits
- Starting salary is SAR 2,000–2,800 per month.
- Shared accommodation and transportation are provided at no charge.
Kitchen duties
- Support the Chef de Partie with mise en place, vegetable preparation, sauces, stocks, portioning, and station setup.
- Assist with preparation and plating during service while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Follow recipes, portion weights, and quality standards; report ingredient shortages and equipment problems.
- Maintain a clean workstation and rotate stock using FIFO.
Qualifications and expectations
- Previous experience in the same position is required.
- One to two years of kitchen experience is preferred, or strong culinary-school training is presented as an alternative.
- Candidates should be eager to learn, physically fit for a fast-paced environment, and comfortable in a diverse brigade.
Food safety and cuisine
- Follow personal hygiene standards, HACCP protocols, GCC food-safety regulations, and halal handling requirements.
- The role supports work across French, Italian, Arabic, and Indian cuisine sections.
