Full-time, on-site Waiter position at Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role provides guest service and food and beverage service in a dining venue.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized and manage table settings.
- Provide efficient food and beverage service.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills and knowledge of food and beverage and food service practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive, team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic cooking skills or familiarity with cooking is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
