Full-time, on-site waiter position at Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide efficient food and beverage service.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and manage table settings.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to help deliver a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-service and communication skills, with knowledge of food and beverage and food-service practices.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Cooking familiarity is an added advantage, and similar-role experience is preferred.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
