Full-time, on-site waiter position at Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Serve guests and support customer satisfaction and a seamless dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests and provide efficient food and beverage service.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and manage table settings.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge and expertise in food and beverage and food service practices.
- Basic cooking skills or familiarity are an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; positive and team-oriented.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
